Welcome to PFT E-SPORTS, your premier destination for competitive Free Fire tournaments. By accessing or using our platform, you signify your understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and PFT E-SPORTS (operated by NANH Brothers). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms govern all aspects of your participation, including account creation, tournament entry, prize distribution, and data usage. Your continued engagement with PFT E-SPORTS implies your ongoing consent to the latest version of these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To ensure fair and secure participation, please review our eligibility criteria and account registration policies:

Age Restriction

Participants must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.

Accurate Information

All registration details must be accurate, current, and complete. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.

Single Account Policy

Each user is allowed only one PFT E-SPORTS account. Multiple accounts will lead to a ban.

Account Security

You are responsible for your login credentials. Report any unauthorized account use immediately.

3. Free Fire Game Rules & Fair Play Policy

Strict adherence to our platform rules and Garena Free Fire's official terms is mandatory. Violations will result in immediate disqualification and penalties. Explore the key rules below:

3.1 General Tournament Rules

Game Version

Always play on the latest official Garena Free Fire version for fair competition.

Supported Devices

Only mobile phones and tablets are allowed. Emulators or unauthorized software are strictly forbidden.

Internet Connection

Participants are responsible for a stable internet connection. Disconnections are not grounds for match restarts.

In-Game Names (IGNs)

Your in-game name must precisely match your registered PFT E-SPORTS profile IGN.

Lobby & Room Creation

Strictly follow organizer instructions for room setup, passwords, and joining procedures.

Match Start Time

Be present and ready in the game lobby at the precise designated match start time. Delays may lead to disqualification.

Reporting Results

Accurately report match results and provide all required evidence (screenshots, videos) promptly.

3.2 Prohibited Actions (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Any of the following actions will result in severe penalties, including immediate disqualification and permanent bans:

Hacking & Cheating

Use of any unauthorized software, scripts, third-party tools, or game modifications is strictly forbidden.

Teaming

Collaborating with opponents or forming unofficial alliances to manipulate match outcomes is prohibited.

Exploiting Glitches

Intentionally using in-game bugs, glitches, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

Account Sharing

Allowing any other person to play on your registered PFT E-SPORTS account is strictly prohibited.

Stream Sniping

Gaining an unfair advantage by watching live broadcasts of ongoing matches is forbidden.

Offensive Behavior

Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct is unacceptable.

Match Fixing

Attempting to predetermine or manipulate the outcome of any match is a serious violation.

3.3 Disqualification & Penalties

Violations of the Free Fire Game Rules and Fair Play Policy will result in penalties ranging from warnings to immediate disqualification from tournaments, forfeiture of prizes, temporary suspension of account, or permanent bans from the PFT E-SPORTS platform. All decisions made by PFT E-SPORTS regarding rule violations and penalties are final and binding.

4. Prize Distribution and Payouts

Review our prize distribution policies to ensure smooth and timely payouts:

Accurate Details

Provide correct payment details (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer) for payouts.

Winner Verification

We reserve the right to verify winner identity and eligibility before prize distribution.

Payout Timelines

While we aim for instant payouts, processing times may vary based on method and verification.

Dispute Resolution

All decisions regarding results and prize distribution are final, at PFT E-SPORTS' discretion.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to protecting your personal information and sensitive gaming identifiers.

Information Collection

We collect necessary data (FF ID, IGN, contact, payment) solely for tournament management and service improvement.

No Data Selling Guarantee

Your personal data, including FF ID/UID, will NEVER be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Robust Data Security

Your data is securely stored with industry-standard encryption and strict access controls.

UID/ID Confidentiality

Free Fire IDs and other identifiers are kept safe and confidential, used only for fair play and tournament management.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the PFT E-SPORTS platform are owned by NANH Brothers or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PFT E-SPORTS provides its services "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. PFT E-SPORTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination of Account

PFT E-SPORTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, all your rights to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

PFT E-SPORTS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
